How to request deletion of your data

Direct DispariX replies to Instagram comments on behalf of the businesses that use our dashboard. This page explains how to delete your data.

You connected your Instagram account to Direct DispariX

Choose one:

1. In the dashboard: open Accounts, tap Remove and type the account's @. Automatic replies for that account stop right away.
2. In the Instagram app: your profile › ☰ › Settings and privacy › Website permissions › Apps and websites › {NOME_APP_META} › Remove. If Instagram offers it, also request deletion of your data. Instagram tells us, we delete the data of that account right away and you get a code to follow the request.
3. By email: write to {EMAIL_PRIVACIDADE} with the account's @.

What we delete: the Instagram connection, the @, name and profile picture, the automations, the history of comments and clicks, and the listed posts. Links already sent stop working.

What we keep: the record of the request (code and dates), without your name or @; and what the law requires us to keep, for the legal period ({DADOS_OBRIGATORIOS}).

You commented on a profile that uses Direct DispariX

We keep an excerpt of the comment for up to 30 days. The record of what was replied, without a readable @, is kept for up to 12 months.

Write to {EMAIL_PRIVACIDADE} with your @ and the link of the post, or ask the profile owner.

We delete your history and, if you want, stop replying to you. We answer within 15 days.
